First and foremost we want to prepare good quality food and drinks made with love using the freshest local seasonal produce, be it wild or produced, foraged or bought, raw or cooked. In addition to this we want to incorporate as many of the so called super foods as possible and to create menus that are tasty and healthy.
We also want to cater for anyone and everyone no matter what your dietary requirements and our prices will reflect this also.
